Abstract
La invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la profilaxis de infecciones por hongos, en particular por oomicetos, e infecciones bacterianas en plantas útiles y ornamentales. Los campos de aplicación son la viticultura, la fruticultura, la horticultura y el cultivo de plantas ornamentales. La invención se basa en el objetivo de desarrollar un procedimiento para la profilaxis de infecciones por hongos, en particular por oomicetos, e infecciones bacterianas, en particular por el falso mildiú (Peronosporales) y Pseudomonas syringae en la viticultura y la horticultura. Sorprendentemente, se encontró que las proteasas seleccionadas solas y en combinación con enzimas de acción complementaria impiden de manera eficaz la infección de plantas por determinados organismos fitopatógenos. La infección de la planta protegida no llega a producirse. Debido a esto se impide una propagación del patógeno en la población de plantas. El procedimiento de acuerdo con la invención está caracterizado por que se prepara una solución acuosa de una proteasa sola o en combinación con ß-glucanasas y/o quitinasas, se dota de agentes de estabilización, agentes adhesivos y agentes humectantes, y se aplica sobre las plantas con procedimientos convencionales varias veces durante el periodo vegetativo, preferentemente antes de las fases de alto riesgo de infección condicionadas por la meteorología.
