Abstract
La invención hace referencia a un mecanismo de bomba (1) para transportar medios viscosos, que comprende una bomba de membrana (7) que tiene una cámara de transporte (8a,b), una cámara de trabajo (10a,b) conectable de manera tal que conduzca fluidos a una fuente (115) de un medio de trabajo presurizado y una membrana (20a,b) que separa la cámara de trabajo (10a,b) de la cámara de transporte (8a,b), lo que se propone según la invención es que un mecanismo de válvula de control (21) esté instalado entre la fuente de medios de trabajo (115) y la cámara de trabajo (10a,b), y la membrana (20a,b) sea movible de atrás para adelante entre la cámara de trabajo (10a,b) y la cámara de transporte (8a,b) por medio del accionamiento del mecanismo de válvula de control (21), donde el mecanismo de bomba (1) tiene un elemento electrónico de control (23) que está conectado de manera que le proporcione señal al mecanismo de válvula de control (21) y se instala para controlar el volumen de aire comprimido en la cámara de trabajo (10a,b) por medio de accionamiento del mecanismo de válvula de control (21) como una función del volumen de flujo del medio que sale de la cámara de transporte (8a,b).
