Abstract

Un sistema utilizado para monitorear uno o más parámetros operativos de una instalación industrial enfriada con líquido refrigerante incluye uno o más sensores acústicos posicionados para recibir y detectar una o más señales acústicas en el flujo de líquido refrigerante de una instalación. El ensamblaje del sensor acústico funciona para emitir y detectar señales acústicas en rangos de frecuencia por encima y/o por debajo de los rangos de frecuencia de ruido de fondo que están asociados con la operación normal de instalación industrial. Las señales de datos de salida representativas de las señales acústicas detectadas se comparan con los perfiles de frecuencia objetivo predeterminados que representan una frecuencia acústica asociada con un parámetro o evento operativo de instalación predeterminado.
