Abstract
Se describe un sistema ultrasónico de corte y hemostasia, el cual comprende un ensamble de propagación de vibración ultrasónica. Una hoja de escalpelo ultrasónico (101) del ensamble de propagación de vibración ultrasónica comprende una punta de escalpelo ultrasónico (11), una porción de conexión (13), rebordes con nodos de vibración (14) y una guía de onda (15), en donde la punta de escalpelo ultrasónico (11) se dispone frente a la guía de onda (15), la porción de conexión (13) se dispone detrás de la guía de onda (15), los rebordes con nodos de vibración (14) se disponen en la guía de onda (15), la punta de escalpelo ultrasónico (11) se flexiona en forma lateral en un extremo puntiagudo del mismo, y una ranura de guía de vibración (12) también se proporciona en la hoja de escalpelo ultrasónico (101). Al diseñar la hoja de escalpelo ultrasónico con una forma flexionada y al convertir una vibración ultrasónica longitudinal en una vibración compuesta longitudinal-torsional, se puede mejorar la uniformidad de la temperatura dentro de un tejido que se somete a corte o coagulación, lo cual mejora la eficacia y la seguridad de la hemostasia y del corte.
