Abstract

En la presente se divulgan procesos de adsorción por oscilación de presión de ciclo rápido (RCPSA) con múltiples lechos para separar O2 de N2 y/o Ar, donde el proceso utiliza al menos cinco lechos de adsorción, cada uno de los cuales comprende un adsorbente cinéticamente selectivo para O2 que tiene una velocidad de adsorción (1/s) de O2 de al menos 0,20según lo determinado mediante el modelo de fuerza impulsora lineal a 1 atma y 86 °F.
