Abstract

La invención aplica a pozos productores de crudo pesado, mediano, liviano y condensado, con o sin agua, por lo que el dispositivo generador de vacío por impulsión supersónica para pozos petroleros comprende internamente cinco o más cámaras convergente-divergentes: a) una cámara de aceleración de gas de levantamiento artificial (N2, Gas natural, otro) o vapor de agua a velocidades Mach>1, b) una cámara de generación y sostenimiento de vacío, c) una cámara de admisión de petróleo, gas, agua o mezcla proporcional de petróleo, gas y/o agua d) una cámara de mezclado del fluido de impulsión a niveles supersónicos con los fluidos de producción; con preferencia petróleo de gravedad API>14 e índice de productividad (IP) > 0,3 con o sin corte de agua y/o gas, y e) (opcional) cámaras externas concéntricas para posicionar la admisión del fluido a bombear y el punto de inyección del fluido de impulsión (de gas, vapor o liquido) hasta frente al intervalo productor. La presente invención resiste variaciones de contrapresión por manipulación en superficie y, cuando es impulsada con vapor, disminuye por calentamiento la viscosidad del fluido de la formación y de la tubería de producción disminuyendo así perdidas por fricción. Se ancla en la tubería de producción mediante unidad de línea de acero/guaya fina (wireline/slick-line), Unidad portátil de tubería flexible o unidad portátil de tubería enrollada (Coiled Tubing) y se arranca desplazando con gas el fluido contenido en la tubería de producción hasta cierto nivel.
