Abstract
Se provee una herramienta de reducción de patógenos que implementa un método de procesamiento de huevos en una planta de incubación avícola; un método tal incluye fijar una cantidad de producción de huevos de ave en una incubadora con volteo, donde los huevos se mantienen en múltiples hueveras (1); los huevos de ave se retiran de la incubadora con volteo en un día de incubación predeterminado (10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 1, 21, 7, 8, 9) y dicho día predeterminado (10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 1, 21, 7, 8, 9) es durante alrededor de día nueve al día (10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 1, 21, 7, 8, 9) doce de incubación; luego de retirar los huevos de ave de la incubadora con volteo, se somete a los huevos de ave a un sistema de detección de huevos (1) en el día predeterminado (10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 1, 21, 7, 8, 9) para determinar cuáles de los huevos de aves son viables y no viables. Los huevos de ave no viables se retiran de las hueveras (1) en el día predeterminado (10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 1, 21, 7, 8, 9); los huevos de ave viables restantes las hueveras (1) luego de la inspección del sistema de detección de huevos (1) se incuban hasta su eclosión.
