Abstract
Una composición de protección que tiene resistencia mejorada al agua que comprende (i) un agente activo de protección solar; (ii) un agente resistente al agua que comprende una cera natural que tiene un factor de amortiguamiento de menos de 1.0 en un intervalo viscoelástico lineal a temperatura corporal; y (iii) un emulsionante o un agente tensioactivo capaz de estabilizar una emulsión de los componentes (i) a (iii), en donde la composición de protección solar mantiene al menos 75%, preferentemente al menos 85%, y más preferentemente al menos 99%, de su SPF estático después de la inmersión en agua durante 4 horas.
