Abstract
Un sistema de refrigeración incluye un evaporador dentro del que un refrigerante absorbe calor, un enfriador/condensador de gas dentro del que el refrigerante rechaza el calor, un compresor que puede operar para hacer circular el refrigerante entre el evaporador y el enfriador/condensador de gas, una válvula de alta presión que puede operar para controlar una presión de un refrigerante en una salida del enfriador/condensador de gas, y un controlador; el controlador está configurado para generar de manera automática un punto de referencia para una variable medida o calculada del sistema de refrigeración con base en una temperatura medida del refrigerante en la salida del enfriador del gas/condensador; el punto de referencia es generado al utilizar una relación almacenada entre la temperatura medida y un coeficiente de rendimiento (COP) máximo calculado que puede ser alcanzado en la temperatura medida; el controlador está configurado para operar la válvula de alta presión para accionar la variable medida o calculada hacia el punto de referencia.
