Abstract
Se proporciona un método para preparar un éster de aminoácidos de maitansinol representado por la siguiente fórmula al hacer reaccionar maitansinol con un N-carboxianhídrido de un aminoácido (NCA) en presencia de un agente de secado. También se proporciona un método mejorado para preparar un éster de aminoácido de maitansinol en el cual se agrega un nucleófilo a la mezcla de reacción después de completar la reacción entre maitansinol y un N-carboxianhídrido de un aminoácido.
