Abstract
Las modalidades de esta solicitud proporcionan un método de comunicación, un dispositivo de red de acceso, y una terminal. El método incluye: determinar, por medio de un primer dispositivo de red de acceso, que una terminal necesite entrar a un estado inactivo del control de recursos de radio RRC, donde el primer dispositivo de red de acceso es un dispositivo de red de acceso de servicio de la terminal; enviar, por medio del primer dispositivo de red de acceso, un primer mensaje a un segundo dispositivo de red de acceso, donde el primer mensaje incluye un contexto de la terminal; y enviar, por medio del primer dispositivo de red de acceso, un segundo mensaje a la terminal, donde se utiliza el segundo mensaje para instruir a la terminal entrar en el estado inactivo del RRC. El método de comunicación, el dispositivo de red de acceso y la terminal en las modalidades de esta solicitud pueden reducir el tiempo para que la terminal se restablezca de un estado inactivo del RRC a un estado conectado del RRC.
