Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un aparato de envasado (1) en donde un transportador (3) mueve uno o más soportes (4) hacia una estación de envasado, mientras que una película de plástico que se ha de aplicar a dichos uno o más soportes, es transportada simultáneamente a la estación de envasado misma. Una unidad de corte longitudinal corta longitudinalmente la película de plástico para formar dos o más tiras de película, y un dispositivo de compensación ejerce una acción de tensión sobre una o más porciones de dichas tiras de película. También se describe un método de envasado en donde se provee cortar longitudinalmente la película de plástico en tiras y un paso de compensación destinado a sostener adecuadamente las tiras de película durante su movimiento.
