Abstract
La presente invención del campo de la medicina y la nanotecnología, hace referencia a un dispositivo médico con la doble función de una liberación controlada, así como de andamio para el tejido dérmico que facilita el proceso de cicatrización. El dispositivo médico en cuestión puede promover la regeneración del tejido dérmico, auxiliando en la recuperación de úlceras crónicas, así como quemaduras y heridas en general; además puede prevenir el desarrollo de infecciones y auxiliar a detener hemorragias. Se forma a partir de una capa de celulosa microcristalina catiónica obtenida de la interacción con un poloxámero y una sal conteniendo el ion Ca+2. Esta se recubre con un biopolímero capaz de auxiliar a controlar la tasa de liberación de nanopartículas en la herida, se deshidrata, esteriliza y coloca sobre la herida.
