Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición elastomérica maestra solida (mezcla maestra, MB) que comprende fibras de silicato en forma de aguja de tamaño manométrico, caracterizada par un alto contenido de fibra y su uniformidad, un proceso ventajoso para su preparación y su uso en la fabricación de neumáticos para vehículos. Ventajosamente, la presente composición elastomérica permite minimizar los inconvenientes asociados con el manejo de las fibras en polvo en la fabricación de compuestos para neumáticos, sin alterar el rendimiento final de los mismos.
