Abstract

Un método para producir una barra de refuerzo por pultrusión, el método comprende las etapas de: a) proporcionar una fuente de fibras; b) ensamblar las fibras en un haz; c) impregnar el haz con una resina termoendurecible; d) eliminar el exceso de resina del haz; e) comprimir el haz de manera centrípeta; f) exponer el haz a una fuente de energía radiante; g) pulverizar partículas sobre una superficie del haz; y h) exponer el haz a radiación para iniciar, en la superficie de la misma, la polimerización de la resina. La presente invención también se refiere a un sistema provisto con los dispositivos correspondientes para poder implementar el método. La presente invención también se refiere a una barra de refuerzo obtenida con el método y/o sistema descritos.
