Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema y método para la fracturación hidráulica de una forma sucesiva de un agujero de pozo a intervalos espaciados a lo largo de la tubería que tiene orificios de fracturación hidráulica o de producción en la misma. El sistema y método proporciona la instalación fluible hacia el fondo del pozo, de sub tamices de arena de inmediato después de la fracturación hidráulica, que se llegan a instalar en cada orificio de fracturación hidráulica o de producción a lo largo de la tubería. Cada tamiz de arena es permeable al petróleo, pero impide la entrada de arena en la tubería a través de los orificios de fracturación hidráulica, lo que, a través de lo mismo, aumenta la vida de una bomba hacia el fondo del pozo y de sus componentes. El sistema y método proporcionan de una manera conveniente una instalación de fracturación hidráulica que no se ve obstaculizada por los tamices durante la operación inicial de la fracturación hidráulica, pero que no necesita "desviarse por fuera" del agujero del pozo para el reemplazo con una cadena de producción convencional que tenga tamices de arena ya instalados en la misma. En cambio, los sub tamices de arena se hacen fluir hasta su posición en la cadena de la tubería ya instalada de inmediato después de la fracturación hidráulica, con el fin de usarse en el control de la arena durante la producción, lo cual permite tener una producción más rápida y una construcción menos costosa del agujero del pozo.
