Abstract

Se proporciona un método para proporcionar mediciones de diferencia de tiempo de señal de referencia (RSTD) de diferencia de llegada de tiempo observada (OTDOA) de un dispositivo inalámbrico a un servidor de ubicación. El método comprende enviar, del nodo inalámbrico al servidor de ubicación, una capacidad para soportar mediciones de ubicación OTDOA usando RSTD de trayectorias múltiples, recibir, en el nodo inalámbrico, una solicitud de mediciones de ubicación OTDOA usando RSTD de trayectorias múltiples, desde el servidor de ubicación. El método comprende recibir, en el nodo inalámbrico, datos de asistencia que proporcionen detalles de las mediciones de ubicación OTDOA requeridas usando RSTD de trayectorias múltiples provenientes del servidor de ubicación, recibir, en el nodo inalámbrico, una señal de una célula de referencia RSTD y una célula vecina.
