Abstract

La invención se relaciona con un dispositivo de sobremoldeo por inyección que comprende por lo menos una torre rotatoria indexada (2) en la que se instalan moldes (8) enfriados, cada molde comprende una pluralidad de cavidades (18), y por lo menos cinco estaciones estacionarias (5, 25, 7, 26, 27, 9) dispuestas alrededor de dicha torre, incluidas por lo menos una primera estación (5), una segunda estación (7) y una tercera estación (9) que se usan, respectivamente, para efectuar las operaciones de posicionamiento de insertos en las cavidades del molde, inyección de material plástico en las cavidades del molde, y desmolde de los objetos por lo menos parcialmente enfriados. El dispositivo comprende, para cada molde (8), por lo menos medios de inyección (28, 29, 30, 31) independientes. La invención también se relaciona con un método implementado mediante el dispositivo.
