Abstract
Un método para desbarbar ruedas dentadas, en particular engranajes cónicos, usando un cepillo para desbarbar (40) que comprende al menos N=1 mechones de cepillo, que comprende las etapas siguientes: - impulsar en rotación el cepillo para desbarbar (40) alrededor de un eje de husillo (Q1), - impulsar en rotación una rueda dentada o un engranaje cónico (10), respectivamente, alrededor de un eje de husillo de pieza de trabajo (B), siendo que - el impulso de rotación del cepillo para desbarbar (40) y el impulso de rotación de la rueda dentada o el engranaje cónico (10), respectivamente, se efectúan de una manera acoplada con una relación de transmisión de acoplamiento, - es un método continuo para desbarbar, en el cual el al menos N=1 mechón de cepillo ejecuta una trayectoria de movimiento relativa con relación a la rueda dentada o el engranaje cónico (10), respectivamente, - la trayectoria de movimiento relativa se define mediante una hipocicloide o una epicicloide, y siendo que - se elimina una rebaba al menos en un canto de diente de un hueco entre dientes mediante el contacto del al menos N=1 mechón de cepillo con el canto de diente.
