Abstract
Se describen una placa de yeso y lechadas y métodos relacionados. La placa de yeso comprende una capa de yeso dispuesta entre dos láminas. La capa de yeso comprende una matriz cristalina de yeso fraguado y grafito expandible. El grafito expandible exhibe una expansión de volumen a altas temperaturas. Opcionalmente, la vermiculita no expandida también se puede incluir en la capa de yeso para proporcionar un componente de expansión incluso a temperaturas más altas. Debido a la sinergia entre el grafito expandible y la vermiculita no expandida de acuerdo con algunas modalidades, se puede incluir menos vermiculita en la placa que en una placa convencional que contenía vermiculita.
