Abstract

Se provee un segmento, un anillo de engrase combinado y un método de fabricación de un segmento que es capaz de prevenir la rotación independiente del segmento, reduciendo al mismo tiempo la tensión del anillo de engrase combinado. Específicamente, se provee un segmento (20, 30) que es deslizable en la dirección axial de un cilindro (1) bajo un estado en el que la superficie periférica interna (22, 32) del segmento es oprimida por porciones de oreja (43) formadas en un espaciador expansor (40) en dirección circunferencial, y el lado de la periferia externa del segmento es oprimido contra la pared interna del cilindro (1), en donde la superficie periférica interna (22, 32) del segmento (20, 30) tiene por lo menos dos o más porciones salientes de escoria (26, 36) en la dirección circunferencial, y las porciones salientes de escoria (26, 36) tienen una altura de proyección de 4 µm a 25 µm.
