Abstract
Se proporciona un procedimiento para crear un intervalo de referencia personalizado (PRI), que comprende: recibir un perfil digital de un paciente que incluye los parámetros demográficos y valores asociados, 5 y los parámetros de datos de historial médico y valores asociados; recibir un resultado de ensayo clínico que incluya un valor medido de al menos un analito; acceder a un conjunto de datos que almacena los perfiles digitales de otros pacientes; identificar un subconjunto del conjunto de datos basándose en una correlación de acuerdo con un requisito de 10 similitud entre el o los parámetros demográficos del paciente y de los otros pacientes, y entre el historial médico del paciente y los otros pacientes; calcular un PRI para cada analito respectivo del resultado de ensayo clínico del paciente de acuerdo con un análisis de los valores correspondientes del analito del subconjunto, en el que el PRI se calcula dinámicamente usando la versión más actualizada del conjunto de 15 datos.
