Abstract

Se proporciona un método de codificación de video, un método de decodificación de video, y una terminal; el método de decodificación de video incluye: obtener, desde una corriente de bits, un índice de información de movimiento predicha de un bloque de imagen actual en una lista de información de movimiento predicha candidata, donde la información de movimiento predicha incluye información de imagen de referencia y un valor de predicción de vector de movimiento, e información de movimiento predicha candidata en la lista de información de movimiento predicha candidata es información de movimiento de un bloque adyacente del bloque de imagen actual en el dominio de tiempo o dominio espacial; consultar la lista de información de movimiento predicha candidata con base en el índice, y utilizar la información de movimiento predicha candidata encontrada como la información de movimiento predicha; determinar una correspondencia entre una diferencia de vector de movimiento y el valor de predicción de vector de movimiento con base en la información de movimiento predicha, y obtener la diferencia de vector de movimiento desde la corriente de bits; y agregar el valor de predicción de vector de movimiento y la diferencia de vector de movimiento correspondiente con base en la correspondencia para obtener un vector de movimiento del bloque de imagen actual; de esta manera, un vector de movimiento del bloque de imagen actual puede ser restaurado de manera relativamente precisa, y por lo tanto un video de salida tiene una calidad relativamente alta en un caso de una misma tasa de bits.
