Abstract
Se describen un método y sistema para iniciar un porcentaje mayoritario de la dosis de mezcla aditiva de químico en una carga de concreto suministrado preferiblemente justo antes de la llegada del camión de suministro de concreto el sitio de vaciado de suministro, de manera que ocurre el incremento de asentamiento (o flujo de asentamiento, u otra característica de asentamiento) maximizado, justo antes de la descarga/vaciado. La invención emplea un sistema de manejo de asentamiento de concreto que tiene un procesador que está programado para considerar el tiempo de vaciado (descarga) y los datos almacenados que incluyen la respuesta de dosis (cambio de característica asentamiento) de la mezcla de concreto debido a las adiciones anteriores en el mismo tipo de mezcla de concreto, y por lo tanto maximiza el incremento previo al vaciado en la característica de asentamiento mientras minimiza o evita el riesgo de sobre disparo del asentamiento objetivo así como limita el tiempo requerido para ajustar el concreto para obtener el valor de asentamiento objetivo en el sitio de trabajo.
