Abstract
La presente invención provee un método para procesamiento de cizallamiento mediante el cual se forma una superficie cizallada que tiene una pequeña tensión residual y excelentes propiedades de superficie y la vida de servicio de un punzón se prolonga en un procesamiento de cizallamiento para cortar, por una línea de cizallamiento que cruza una zona de soldadura, una pieza de trabajo con un espesor grande de diferencia de nivel de una zona de soldadura y/u obtenida soldando juntas una lámina de acero que tiene una resistencia de 1000 MPa o más y otra lámina de acero. El método para procesamiento de cizallamiento de conformidad con la presente invención es un método para cortar una pieza de trabajo que tiene una zona de soldadura usando un punzón y una matriz, el método caracterizado porque dos salientes se proveen a un borde de corte del punzón, toda o parte de la zona de soldadura de la pieza de trabajo está flanqueada desde los dos lados por las dos salientes, y la pieza de trabajo es cortada por una línea de corte que cruza la zona de soldadura.
