Abstract
Un aparato para separar partículas sólidas de un fluido que contiene hidrocarburos producido a partir de una instalación de producción de petróleo y/o gas, el aparato está adaptado para ser soportado en un cabezal de pozo o en una tubería vertical conectada a un cabezal de pozo, el aparato comprende: un conducto para transportar un fluido que contiene hidrocarburos de un cabezal de pozo, el conducto está adaptado para ser conectado al cabezal de pozo o un tubo ascendente conectado al cabezal de pozo; un separador de sólidos en comunicación fluida con el conducto, el separador de sólidos está adaptado para separar partículas sólidas del fluido que contiene hidrocarburo, el separador de sólidos tiene una entrada, acoplada al conducto, para el fluido que contiene hidrocarburo, una salida de sólidos para sacar partículas sólidas separadas por el separador de sólidos del fluido que contiene hidrocarburos, y una salida de fluido para sacar el fluido que contiene hidrocarburos separados por el separador de sólidos de las partículas sólidas; y un conducto de salida, acoplado a la salida del fluido, para transportar el fluido que contiene hidrocarburos desde la salida del fluido a una línea de producción unida al cabezal de pozo.
