Abstract
Se describen métodos y aparatos para el ahorro de energía en una red inalámbrica. Una unidad de transmisión/recepción inalámbrica (WTRU, por sus siglas en inglés) puede comprender un transmisor, un receptor y un procesador. El procesador puede determinar un estado de procesamiento que se refiere al comportamiento de la WTRU y determinar una cantidad mínima de recursos que se va a procesar para uno o más conjuntos de recursos físicos basados en el estado de procesamiento determinado. Cada conjunto respectivo de recursos físicos puede comprender recursos en tiempo y cualquier frecuencia o espacio. Para cada conjunto respectivo de recursos físicos, el tiempo puede comprender una estructura de trama asociada con una numerología aplicable al conjunto respectivo de recursos físicos, la frecuencia puede comprender cualquiera de una ubicación de frecuencia, un ancho de banda o la numerología, y el espacio puede comprender uno o más haces.
