Abstract
Las modalidades de la invención se refieren generalmente al cambio de células primarias. Un dispositivo de red detecta si se mantiene el contexto de la capa 2 y/o si una o más células secundarias de servicio permanecen para un cambio de célula primaria para un dispositivo terminal. Luego, el dispositivo de red configura un mensaje que indica el cambio de célula primaria en función de la detección y transmite el mensaje al dispositivo terminal. El período de tiempo del cambio de célula primaria se puede reducir eficientemente y la transmisión de datos durante el cambio de célula primaria se puede optimizar.
