Abstract
Se proporcionan dispositivos para inducir saciedad en pacientes alimentados de forma entérica. En un aspecto, se proporciona un dispositivo de alimentación entérica que incluye un tubo de catéter y una vejiga expansible asegurada a un extremo distal del tubo del catéter. La vejiga expansible se ubica dentro de la luz del cuerpo de un paciente para recibir y suministrar nutrientes al paciente. En otro aspecto, se proporciona un dispositivo que induce saciedad para suministrar nutrientes de manera continua a un paciente el cual incluye un tubo de alimentación entérica y una vejiga expansible asegurada al tubo de alimentación cerca de un extremo distal del tubo de alimentación de forma tal que la vejiga expansible se ubica dentro de una luz del cuerpo del paciente. La vejiga expansible se expande ante la recepción de nutrientes para ocupar un volumen de la luz del cuerpo y se contrae en la medida que los nutrientes se suministran de manera continua al paciente.
