Abstract
En algunas modalidades, un sistema de refrigeración de amoniaco enfriado por aire comprende: un condensador enfriado por aire que comprende un intercambiador de calor y al menos un ventilador axial; un evaporador acoplado al condensador enfriado por aire; un subenfriador colocado entre el condensador enfriado por aire y el evaporador; un compresor acoplado al evaporador; un enfriador de aceite acoplado al compresor; un sistema de agua acoplado al condensador enfriado por aire, el sistema de agua comprende una fuente de agua, una bomba de agua y una pluralidad de boquillas rociadoras situadas debajo del condensador enfriado por aire; y un circuito de control acoplado al condensador enfriado por aire y al sistema de agua, el circuito de control configurado para impulsar el agua atomizada a través de la pluralidad de boquillas rociadoras hacia una superficie del condensador enfriado por aire cuando se realiza una presión de cabeza del condensador enfriado por aire más alto que un valor predeterminado.
