Abstract
Se propone un tubo de reformador para producir gas de síntesis mediante reformado con vapor de gases de entrada que contienen hidrocarburos, donde - un tubo-carcasa externo se divide mediante una bandeja de separación en una cámara de reacción y una cámara de salida, - un lecho vaciado de un catalizador sólido activo de reformado con vapor está dispuesto en la cámara de reacción, - al menos un tubo de intercambiador de calor está dispuesto en el interior de la cámara de reacción y en el interior del lecho de catalizador vaciado, cuyo extremo de entrada está en conexión de fluidos con el lecho de catalizador vaciado y cuyo extremo de salida está en conexión de fluidos con la cámara de salida, - el extremo de salida del tubo de intercambiador de calor se introduce a través de la bandeja de separación y se abre en un tubo interno protegido contra la corrosión que está dispuesto en el interior del tubo-carcasa y está en conexión de fluidos con un conducto colector para el producto de gas de síntesis, - una capa de aislamiento térmico permeable al gas está dispuesta entre la pared interna del tubo-carcasa y la pared externa del tubo interno.
