Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un sistema 10 y un método para cortar con rayo láser una pluralidad de partes, por ejemplo, componentes de chasises metálicos, utilizando una pluralidad de aparatos de corte con rayo láser. El sistema 10 incluye una pluralidad de aparatos de corte con rayo láser 14 colocados en una celda cerrada individual 12 para recortar simultáneamente múltiples partes. El sistema 10 también incluye al menos una cámara interior 22 y al menos un conjunto de puertas dobles 16, 18 para transferir las partes dentro y fuera de la celda cerrada 12 sin que nada de la luz se escape de la celda 12. Las partes se transportan a través de la primera puerta 16 hasta la cámara interior 22 mientras que la segunda puerta 18 está cerrada, y a través de la segunda puerta 18 hasta la celda cerrada 12 mientras que la primera puerta 16 está cerrada. El sistema 10 también incluye los robots 24 que precargan y descargan continuamente las partes para maximizar el tiempo de recorte con rayo láser.
