Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere a fructosa-6-fosfato-3-epimeras a que consiste en una secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID NO: 1, un ácido nucleico que codifica la fructosa-6-fosfato-3-epimerasa, y un transformante que comprende el ácido nucleico. Además, la presente divulgación se refiere a una composición para producir alulosa, que comprende la fructosa-6-fosfato-3-epimerasa de la presente divulgación, y un procedimiento para producir alulosa usando la fructosa- 6-fosfato-3-epimerasa de la presente divulgación.
