Abstract
La presente descripción busca proporcionar un método para diseñar un componente de quemador metálico para uso en procesos industriales tales como craqueo, reformación, generación de calor para lo cual el componente de quemador se expone a altas temperaturas del horno. El componente de quemador comprende una serie de canales de enfriamiento y deflectores internos para dirigir el flujo de uno o más de combustible y oxidante sobre las porciones del quemador expuestas a las altas temperaturas del horno.
