Abstract

Un método para usar con un sistema de perforación con presión controlada (MPD), el sistema comprende una sarta de perforación que tiene una broca. un anillo definido fuera de la sarta de perforación, una bomba de Iodo para bombear lodo a través de la sarta de perforación y de regreso a través del anillo. una obstrucción de control en un trayectoria de extracción acoplado al anillo. una bomba de contrapresión también acoplada a la trayectoria de extracción y un controlador lógico programable (PLC) para controlar la obstrucción de control, el método que comprende: a) realizar mediciones para determinar un conjunto de datos que comprende, para cada uno de una serie de etapas de tiempo k: un valor de caudal de fluido a través de la broca qbit[k], un valor de caudal de fluido a través de la obstrucción de control qc[k], un valor de caudal de fluido desde la bomba de contrapresión qbpp[k] y un valor de presión del fluido en la obstrucción de control pc[k]; b) ejecutar un algoritmo de inversión en el PLC para obtener un valor para el módulo volumétrico de un fluido dentro del anillo, el algoritmo de inversión toma el conjunto de datos como una entrada, en donde el algoritmo de inversión representa un sesgo de medición bq en una o más de dichas mediciones; c) actualizar uno o más parámetros de control del PLC con base en el valor para el módulo volumétrico; y d) manipular la obstrucción de control utilizando el PLC para alcanzar la presión deseada en el sistema.
