Abstract
La invención de interés se refiere a un tubo intercambiador de calor (1) que tiene un eje longitudinal de tubo (A), una pared de tubo (2), una cara de tubo exterior (21) y una cara de tubo interior (22), en la que aletas axialmente paralelas o circunferencialmente helicoidales continuas (3) están formadas en la cara exterior del tubo (21) y/o la cara interior del tubo (22), cuyas aletas se extienden continuamente desde la pared del tubo, y las ranuras primarias (4) que se extienden continuamente y que se forman entre las aletas adyacentes (3) respectivamente. De conformidad con la invención, las aletas (3) a lo largo del perfil de la aleta se subdividen en secciones de aleta repetidas periódicamente (31) que se dividen en una pluralidad de proyecciones (6) con una altura de proyección (h), en donde las proyecciones (6) son formadas entre las ranuras primarias (4) haciendo cortes en las aletas (3) a una profundidad de corte transversalmente con respecto al perfil de la aleta para formar segmentos de aleta y levantando los segmentos de la aleta en una orientación principal a lo largo del perfil de la aleta.
