Abstract
La presente invención describe una serie de marcadores desregulados selectivamente en células T reguladoras infiltrantes de tumores. La invención se refiere a moléculas capaces de modular la expresión y/o la función de al menos uno de dichos marcadores, para utilizarlas en la prevención y/o tratamiento de tumores. Preferiblemente, la molécula se une específicamente al marcador e induce citotoxicidad mediada por células dependientes de anticuerpos (ADCC). La invención se refiere además a una molécula capaz de modular la expresión y/o la función de al menos uno de dichos marcadores, para utilizarla en un método para, in vivo, eliminar células T reguladoras infiltrantes de tumores en un individuo, o para utilizarlas en un método para mejorar la inmunidad tumoral en un individuo. También se contemplan composiciones farmacéuticas correspondientes.
