Abstract
Un haz de fibras parcialmente separado que comprende secciones procesadas por separación y secciones procesadas sin separación que se forman de manera alterna a lo largo de la dirección longitudinal de un haz de fibras que comprende una pluralidad de fibras individuales, en donde las secciones procesadas por separación comprenden una pluralidad de haces separados. El contenido de las secciones procesadas sin separación es 3% o más y 50% o menos del haz de fibras parcialmente separado. Un método de producción para un haz de fibras parcialmente separado, en donde hay una relación específica entre: un tiempo de procesamiento de separación t1 durante el cual se inserta un medio de separación, y un tiempo t2 del medio de separación que se remueve para insertarse de nuevo dentro de un haz de fibras. Un material de moldeo de resina reforzado con fibra que usa el haz de fibras parcialmente separado, y un método de producción para el material de moldeo de resina reforzado con fibra que usa el haz de fibras parcialmente separado. La presente invención puede proporcionar un haz de fibras parcialmente separado que es óptimo para fabricación de un material de moldeo. La presenta invención también hace posible exhibir: la fluidez cuando un material de moldeo de resina reforzado con fibra que usa el haz de fibras parcialmente separado se usa para moldeo; y las propiedades mecánicas de un artículo moldeado, en un buen balance.
