Abstract
Los sistemas de modificadores polares basados en una mezcla de DTHFP, ETE, TMEDA, DMTHFMA y/o compuestos funcionalmente similares con BDMAEE y SMT son usados para hacer copolímeros en bloques con niveles altos de unidades repetitivas 5 de doble enlace de vinilo colgante, lo cual ocurre a través de una adición de butadieno altamente selectiva en modo 1,2, con baja formación de vinilciclopentano, distribución de peso molecular estrecha unimodal, y un bajo nivel de unidades repetitivas aleatorizadas de comonómero Los copolímeros en bloques tienen niveles muy altos de contenido de 1,2-vinilo y alta adición 10 de 3,4-vinilo del monómero dieno conjugado y bajo contenido de vinilciclopentano, los sistemas de modificadores polares proporcionan una rápida velocidad de polimerización, con una distribución de peso molecular estrecha unimodal. Los sistemas de modificadores polares permiten la operación a temperatura más alta que en los sistemas de la técnica anterior, lo que reduce los requisitos de enfriamiento.
