Abstract
La presente invención proporciona las moléculas de unión al antígenos que contienen (i) un dominio de unión al antígeno cuya actividad de unión al antígeno varía dependiendo de las condiciones de concentración de iones, (ii) un dominio de unión a FcyR que tiene actividad de unión selectiva a FcyRIIb, y (iii) un dominio de unión a FcRn que tiene una actividad de unión a FcRn bajo una condición de intervalo de pH ácido, y los métodos para disminuir la concentración plasmática del antígeno en comparación con antes de administrar la molécula, que incluye la etapa de administrar la molécula.
