Abstract

Se describe un sistema de pretratamiento de sustrato, que comprende ( a) un enjuague activante para tratar al menos una porción de un sustrato que comprende una dispersión de partículas metálicas de fosfato que tiene un tamaño de partícula D90 no mayor a 10 µm, en donde el fosfato metálico comprende metales divalentes o trivalentes o combinaciones de los mismos; y (b) una composición de pretratamiento para tratar al menos una porción del sustrato tratado con el enjuague activante, que comprende iones de zinc y iones fosfato, en donde la composición de pretratamiento se encuentra sustancialmente sin níquel.
