Abstract

Los sistemas, aparatos y métodos se proporcionan en la presente para el monitoreo térmico en una instalación minorista. Un sistema para monitoreo térmico en una instalación minorista comprende: un sensor térmico ubicado en una ubicación predeterminada de una porción de la instalación minorista, una base de datos para almacenar imágenes térmicas y datos térmicos obtenidos del sensor térmico y perfiles térmicos conocidos; y un circuito de control configurado para identificar una imagen térmica obtenida del sensor térmico que se desvía de un perfil térmico de referencia esperado para la porción de la instalación minorista; y compare la imagen térmica con los perfiles térmicos conocidos para determinar al menos uno de la ocupación estimada, la eficiencia de la unidad de control de temperatura, el funcionamiento de la unidad de control de temperatura y si se ha abandonado un artículo de venta al por menor sensible a la temperatura.
