Abstract
Un sistema distribuido de archivos para un sistema contra incendios de vehículos aprovecha la memoria no utilizada en los módulos esclavos. Un sistema de este tipo comprende metadatos de archivo almacenados en el módulo principal, que incluyen información sobre archivos específicos y la ubicación de la memoria utilizada y no utilizada en todo el sistema, incluyendo la memoria en el módulo principal y las unidades esclavas instaladas. Al mantener los metadatos de archivo y enviar instrucciones a las unidades esclavas para guardar o leer archivos en determinadas direcciones, el módulo principal se puede valer de la memoria no utilizada en todo el sistema. Esto permite que el módulo principal almacene más información en el sistema que memoria disponible existe en el propio módulo principal.
