Abstract

Un conjunto de rodillo mejorado para un dispositivo dosificador, con contacto reducido entre la superficie del rodillo y la cara interna de la carcasa dosificadora, con el fin de reducir las áreas en el conjunto de rodillo, en las que puede ocurrir una obstrucción, y un montaje mejorado del dispositivo dosificador con el fin de mejorar el acceso al conjunto de rodillo para mantenimiento; se proporciona además un control de proceso mejorado para accionar el motor paso a paso de un dispositivo dosificador, con el fin de detectar mejor el inicio de una condición de ahogamiento/amarramiento de un motor paso a paso y aumentar temporalmente el torque impartido al motor para impedir una condición de ahogamiento/amarramiento; adicionalmente, un colector de aire mejorado incorpora conjuntos de venturi para reducir o eliminar obstrucciones que pueden ocurrir cuando un depósito local para contener una pequeña reserva de producto agrícola adyacente al dispositivo dosificador ha alcanzado su capacidad debido al suministro continuado de producto desde una tolva de producto.
