Abstract
La instalación de refrigeración en un horno de recocido continuo que perteneciente a una modalidad de la presente invención esta provista de: una pluralidad de partes inyectoras dispuestas cada una en una zona de enfriamiento en un horno de recocido continuo que tiene una zona de calentamiento, una zona de remojo y una zona de enfriamiento a través de la cual una lámina de acero en forma de banda se envía en secuencia, formando las partes inyectoras una fila en una dirección de envío de la lámina de acero, y cada una inyectando un gas refrigerante al que se agrega hidrogeno desde una pluralidad de boquillas de inyección a la lámina de acero; y una parte de ajuste de contracción de hidrogeno para ajustar la concentración de hidrogeno del gas refrigerante inyectando desde cada una de la pluralidad de partes inyectoras, para que se forme una distribución de concentración de hidrogeno en la que la concentración de hidrogeno sea mayor en una región corriente arriba que en una región corriente abajo en un espacio en el que la pluralidad de piezas inyectoras están dispuestas en la zona de enfriamiento: la pluralidad de boquillas de inyección en la pluralidad de partes inyectoras formando una fila, con la dirección de envió de la lámina de acero como la dirección de su disposición y cada una extendiéndose hacia la lámina de acero, y al menos las boquillas de inyección posicionadas en ambos lados en la dirección de la disposición entre la pluralidad de boquillas de inyección estando inclinadas hacia un centro en la dirección de la disposición, la inclinación aumentando progresivamente hacia un lado del extremo distal.
