Abstract

Un inyector de partículas asistido por fluido para un horno metalúrgico, que comprende: un tubo de inyector que tiene un extremo de entrada, un extremo de salida y una punta removible; un tubo de cubierta colocados sobre el tubo de inyector; un puerto de inyector de fluido y partículas en línea con el eje central longitudinal del tubo de inyector y un puerto de fluido secundario para dirigir el fluido presurizado sobre el exterior del tubo de inyector y dentro del tubo de cubierta; el tubo de inyector definiendo un agujero interno ahusado que tiene un extremo de entrada de partículas y un extremo de salida de partículas, en donde el diámetro del extremo de salida de partículas es más pequeño que el diámetro del extremo de entrada de partículas.
