Abstract
El proceso para formar espuma en una composición de poliolefina usando como agente nucleador una combinación de una fluororesina y un nitruro de boro en una relación en peso de fluororesina con respecto a nitruro de boro de menos de 4:1. El efecto sinérgico entre estos dos agentes nucleantes da como resultado una densidad de núcleos más alta y un producto de espuma con menor tamaño de celda promedio en comparación con los procesos que usan y los productos producidos mediante el uso de PTFE puro o nitruro de boro puro solos como el agente nucleante.
