Abstract
La invención proporciona un dispositivo de aterectomía rotacional que tiene, en varias modalidades, un eje de transmisión flexible, agrandado, giratorio con un sistema de cabezales de desgaste excéntricos unidos al mismo. Al menos parte de los cabezales de desgaste agrandados excéntricos en el sistema tienen una superficie removedora de tejido - normalmente una superficie abrasiva.
