Abstract
El problema de mejorar simultáneamente el valor r y la resistencia al rebordeado de una hoja de acero inoxidable ferrítico que contiene Nb se resuelve al proporcionar una hoja de acero para materias primas de acero inoxidable ferrítico para recocido y laminado en frío, que tiene una composición química que contiene, en términos de porcentaje en masa, de 0.004 a 0.030% de C, 1.50% o menos de Si, 1.50% o menos de Mn, 0.040% o menos de P, 0.010% o menos de S, de 12.0 a 25.0% de Cr, de 0.005 a 0.025% de N, de 0.20 a 0.80% de Nb, 0.10% o menos de Al, de 0 a 3.0% de Mo, de 0 a 2.0% de Cu, de 0 a 2.0% de Ni, de 0 a 0.30% de Ti, de 0 a 0.0030% de B, y el resto de Fe, con impurezas inevitables, y que tiene una cantidad existente de un precipitado que contiene Nb de 0.20% en masa o más. La hoja de acero para materias primas se somete a recocido a una temperatura de 900 a 1,100°C, y luego se somete a laminación en frío y recocido de acabado.
