Abstract
La invención se refiere a un aparato (1) para procesar una señal de entrada (3), que comprende un ponderador perceptual (10) y un cuantizador (14). El ponderador perceptual (10) comprende un proveedor de modelo (12) y un aplicador de modelo (13). El proveedor de modelo (12) proporciona un modelo ponderado perceptual (W) sobre la base de la señal de entrada (3). El aplicador de modelo (13) proporciona un espectro ponderado perceptualmente (x) aplicando el modelo ponderado perceptual (W) a un espectro (s) sobre la base de la señal de entrada (3).
